Reception and check-in, check-out

Hotel Helios

Breakfast 8:00 – 10:00 – buffet, served breakfast when the hotel is not fully booked.
Dinner in the half board 17:30 – 19:00 – three-course served.
The operator reserves the right to change the dinner service.
Price of dinner adult – 450,-/day, child 3-11,9 years – 300,-/day.
Special food (gluten-free, lactose-free,…) – extra charge 80,-/day must be reported when booking the stay.

Hotel TOC

Breakfast 8:00 – 9:00 – buffet, in case of small occupancy breakfast served.
Price for breakfast adult – 230,-/day, child 3-11,9 years – 170,-/day.
Special food (gluten-free, lactose-free,…) – extra charge 40,-/day to be reported when booking.
We do not provide dinner in the hotel TOC, clients have the possibility to use the common kitchen on each floor of the rooms / heating meals.

Pets are not allowed in the Helios Hotel.
Dogs are allowed in the Hotel TOC upon agreement with the hotel reception.
Dog fee – 350 CZK/night.
Baby cot including bedding up to 2,99 years of age 100,- per night.
Bathrobe rental – adult 100,-.
Municipality recreation fee – 20,-/adult/day.
Prices include VAT.
For other stays the price is negotiable.
We require payment of a deposit of 30% of the ordered accommodation services.
Additional payment for the stay is payable on the day of arrival at the accommodation, can be paid in cash or by card.
It is possible to draw a stay through the FKSP – more information at the hotel reception.

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the total price.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total price.

clients are not entitled to a refund if they are forced to shorten the length of their stay for personal reasons than agreed at the time of booking.
