When booking a cottage
- up to 35 persons are available rooms no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11.
- up to 45 persons are available rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8a, 8b, 9, 10, 11.
Minimum nights: 2 nights
- Spring holidays – min. 4 nights
- Easter – min. 4 nights
- Summer holidays 2025 – min. 4 nights
- Autumn holidays – min. 3 nights
- Christmas and New Year’s Eve – min. 5 nights
Fees
- Fee per dog 300 CZK / night (by prior agreement – maximum 3 medium size dogs up to 30 kg).
- Baby cot including bedding up to 2,99 years of age 100 CZK / night.
- Recreation fee – 20 CZK / adult/day.
Prices include VAT.
We require a deposit of 50% of the rental price.
The balance of up to 100% of the rental price is due 45 days prior to the stay.
Check-in, check-out

Cancellation fee
- Cancellation 41 days or more before arrival is free of charge
- Cancellation 30 to 40 days before arrival is a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the stay
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival is a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the stay
Clients are not entitled to a refund if for personal reasons they are forced to shorten the length of stay or the number of guests than agreed at the time of booking.
- Handover of the cottage for use is on the day of arrival between 15:00 and 18:00, and the end is on the last day of the rental until 10:00. At 09:15, the cottage is checked by the landlord, the keys are handed in at the reception of the Hotel Toč by 10:00 and any outstanding amounts are paid.

Instructions for handing over the cottage on the day of departure:
- Kitchen cleaning (dishes, sweep, mop, take out the trash)
- Rooms: remove bed linen including sheets
- Outside: cleaning including fireplace (to be restored to its original state)
Cleaning and dishwashing products are available free of charge in the cleaning room by the kitchen.
