rents the cottage Chiranka Lipová-lázně 505, 790 61 for the purpose of group accommodation and provides accommodation to the guest who presents a valid ID. The client has at his disposal all the common areas of the cottage and the number of rooms according to the number of beds available. The cottage may be used only by the persons staying in the cottage.
- Upon arrival, the guest signs an accommodation protocol with the accommodation provider.
- On the day of arrival, the guest takes over the Chiranka cottage completely cleaned and ready for accommodation.
- The number of beds (including extra beds) determines the maximum number of people that can be accommodated in the cottage (including children regardless of age). The accommodation provider will not accommodate a higher number of persons without prior consent and additional payment.
- The guest is obliged to use the equipment of Chiranka Cottage in such a way as not to cause damage to the landlord. Cleanliness and order must be maintained throughout the cottage.
- The guest of the Chiranka Cottage is obliged to prevent the risk of damage to the cottage or its equipment and to prevent the occurrence of fire throughout his/her stay.
- The guest is obliged to use the premises reserved for accommodation properly, without the consent of the landlord must not move furniture and make any changes.
- You can only use electrical appliances that are in the cottage equipment and your own personal hygiene appliances (shavers, hairdryers). You can recharge your laptops and mobile phones.
- Fee per dog 300 CZK/night (maximum 3 dogs of medium size). Dogs must not be left unsupervised alone in the cottage.
- For safety reasons, guests are not to leave children unattended in the property or its immediate surroundings.
- The guest observes a nightly bedtime from 22:00 to 06:30.
- Before leaving Chiranka Cottage, you must close the windows and lock the doors.
- In case of damage to the equipment and facilities of Chiranka Cottage, the guest is obliged to report this fact to the reception of the hotel Toč. Damages caused will be charged.
- The guest is obliged to hand over the object in the same condition as when he/she took it over. If the Guest fails to do so, the Host is entitled to reasonable compensation.
- In the event of defects, malfunctions or emergency situations on the operational equipment of the property, the guest is obliged to immediately contact the accommodation provider and agree on the method and timing of repair. The accommodation provider always acts with the aim of eliminating the problem as quickly as possible. The accommodation provider reserves the right to enter the holiday home during the stay if necessary.
- In the event of a fundamental or repeated violation of the accommodation regulations, the accommodation provider has the right to interrupt the stay.
- There is a strict no-smoking policy throughout Chiranka Cottage.
