  1. The hotel will accommodate guests who present a valid ID.
  2. In cases of necessity, the hotel may offer the guest accommodation other than the agreed accommodation, as long as it does not differ substantially from the confirmed booking.
  3. Unless otherwise confirmed, each guest’s room is reserved on the day of scheduled arrival from 15.00 to 19.00. Any late arrival must be notified in advance.
  4. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to vacate the room by 10.00 am.
  5. If a guest requests an extension during their stay, they may be offered a different room to the one they originally stayed in.
  6. Guests have the right to use the hotel room facilities and services.
  7. The guest is liable for damages caused to the hotel property in accordance with the applicable regulations. The guest is obliged to immediately report the damage caused by him to the accommodation provider, even if the damage was caused by his child.
  8. Guests may use the hotel’s car park, provided that it is not guarded and the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the guest’s vehicle.
  9. The hotel is not responsible for valuable items left unattended in the room. Guests can use the hotel’s safes to store valuables and money.
  10. In the hotel rooms you can only use your own electrical appliances for personal hygiene (shavers, hairdryers). You can recharge your laptops and mobile phones. For safety reasons, the use of kettles, immersion cookers, electric kettles, etc. is strictly forbidden in all areas of the hotel!
  11. Guests are required to check that the lights are turned off, water taps are turned off and doors are locked after leaving the room.
  12. Guests can leave the hotel premises with the hotel card from their room, The card is also valid for other areas of the hotel, depending on the type. If the hotel card is lost, the hotel charges a fee of 300,-CZK.
  13. Guests acknowledge that smoking and open fires are strictly prohibited in the rooms, balconies and all other areas of the hotel, including the restaurant, for safety reasons. In case of violation of the smoking ban in the hotel premises, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay early without refund.
  14. Room cleaning is carried out every second day of the stay.
  15. From 22.00 to 06.30, the hotel is quiet at night and guests must adapt their behaviour accordingly.
  16. Children under 10 years of age should not be left unsupervised in hotel rooms or other common areas.
  17. There is a strict ban on the possession of weapons, ammunition and dangerous substances in the hotel and restaurant. It is forbidden to use narcotic and psychotropic substances, poisons and medicines, except those recommended by a doctor.
  18. It is not allowed to consume your own drinks and food in the hotel restaurant.
  19. The guest may not make changes in the accommodation premises (moving furniture, taping walls, removing furniture from the room, etc.) without the consent of the accommodation provider.
  20. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these rules, in case of a gross violation of the rules, the hotel management has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the expiration of the agreed period.
  21. If the guest has any legitimate requests or complaints during the stay, he/she can contact the relevant hotel staff who will make every effort to accommodate the guest’s request.
  22. For accommodation and other services provided, the guest is obliged to pay the prices in accordance with the valid price list on arrival/departure, the bill is payable on presentation, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Cash or credit card.
  23. In case the guest refuses to present a personal document, the hotel is not obliged to provide accommodation.
  24. Payment by invoice is possible if the order is sent in advance and the deposit is paid. The hotel accepts payment by voucher from a hotel-recognised travel agent or other recognised voucher.
  25. Guests must present the voucher to the hotel upon check-in.
  26. For security reasons and to protect guests, a camera system is installed in the corridors and other public areas of the hotel. The handling of these recordings is carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation on the protection of personality.
  27. By checking in at the hotel, the guest confirms that he/she has read and understood these accommodation rules.
  28. Legal relations as well as other matters not expressly regulated by these accommodation rules are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and other internal regulations of the hotel.

Information on the handling of personal data

  1. The hotel processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation
  2. For the purpose of accommodation, the following categories of personal data are processed:
    Booking accommodation, check-in (data contained in the client’s registration card)
    name and surname, if applicable. In the case of foreigners, in addition, the data required by law for reporting the stay of foreigners (citizenship, travel document number, visa number)
    Data on payment of the stay: account number, credit card number
    Marketing purposes (sending news, events): telephone and e-mail connectiona at
    based on information obtained from the guest or other sources.
  3. Personal data will be processed manually and automatically by the Hotel directly through its authorized employees and through processors authorized by the Hotel on the basis of personal data processing contracts.
  4. The Hotel will process the personal data for the time necessary, i.e. in particular for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and legal obligations. For the purposes of archiving contracts (and any claims that may arise from the contract after its termination) and in view of legal requirements, we will retain the data for a maximum of 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship.
  5. The guest has the right to access his/her personal data processed by the Hotel, to have it corrected or deleted, or to restrict processing, and to object to processing.
  6. The Guest also has the right to obtain from the Hotel the personal data concerning the Guest that the data subject has provided to the Hotel. Upon request of the Guest, the Hotel shall provide the data subject with the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, upon request of the Guest, to another clearly identified controller. This right does not apply to personal data that are not processed by automated means.
  7. If a guest believes that his or her personal data is being processed unlawfully, he or she may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
