Every visitor to the minigolf course of the Hotel TOČ is obliged to familiarize themselves with the operating rules and to follow them.
OPENING HOURS
1. The operator is entitled to adjust the operating hours according to the season and the length of the day.
2. In case of bad weather (rain, cold weather, etc.) the course is closed.
3. One hour before the closing time it is possible to start the game only after agreement with the course operator.
ADMISSION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME
1. Miniature golf can be played by adults and children from 10 years of age. Younger children may only play when accompanied by a person over 15 years of age. Parents and any chaperones are fully responsible for their children and any damage they may cause.
2. Anyone interested in playing the game is entitled to rent the equipment and use this equipment in the miniature golf course after paying the entrance fee according to the valid price list.
3. The paid entry fee entitles the player to 2 hours of play on 18 lanes – see game rules.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PLAYERS, SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Every person (playing or not) must observe the basic regulations for playing and moving around the miniature golf course.
2. When playing miniature golf, every visitor is obliged to keep a safe distance of at least 2 meters from the playing player and watch the movement of the clubs.
3. Each player is obliged to take extra care so as not to endanger other players by his play.
4. Each player is obliged to use the rented equipment only for the intended purpose, i.e. to play miniature golf. It is forbidden to enter the course with equipment, clothing or things that endanger players, visitors or the playing area.
5. Playing miniature golf is at your own risk, any injury must be reported immediately to the course manager (operator).
6. It is forbidden to enter the miniature golf course for persons in a drunken state. Dogs may only enter the miniature golf course with the consent of the course manager.
7. Each player is obliged to act in such a way that no damage is caused to the rented items.
8. It is strictly forbidden to enter the playing lanes due to the possibility of destruction. In case of destruction of the track, a fee of CZK 5,000 is charged.
9. The player is obliged to report any damage, loss or destruction of the rented items to the operator (operator) without undue delay.
10. It is strictly forbidden to damage or pollute the premises, facilities and equipment on the miniature golf course.
11. If the rented item has defects that prevent it from being used properly, the player has the right to be provided with another item serving the same purpose or to a refund of the entry fee.
12. After the end of the game, everyone is obliged to return the rented items to the place where they were handed over to him in the condition in which he received them, taking into account the usual wear and tear, or to compensate for the damage incurred according to the valid price list.
13. In case of violation of the operating rules of the minigolf course, the operator has the right to terminate the game early and expel the player from the minigolf course, without the right to refund the entrance fee.
